Getting Involved
Thank you for your interest in Stonebridge Healthy Community Outreach Initiative, NFP. Without our volunteers our program would not be possible. Whatever opportunity you decide to volunteer for, just know that you are making a huge difference in the lives of families who have a parent or child with a serious illness or crisis. Whether it is diabetes, weight, obesity, or any other chronic illness.
Become a Member
To become a member of SHCOI, there is a one-time membership fee based on the level of membership in which you choose to serve. The membership/volunteer fee helps cover operational expenses. All donations are tax deductible.
There are two membership plans
Non-Board Member Donation - $35 annually

Volunteer efforts through committee involvement or assisting in special events

Advanced registration for seminars and events

Supports mission of the organization

Board Membership Donation - $50 annually

Meet annual fundraising requirement of $500

As part of your membership in Stonebridge Healthy Community Outreach Initiative, we encourage members to invest time toward planning, attending, and/or participating in our various events held by the organization.
